Whiskey Sour
Ingredients;
45ml Whiskey
30ml Simple syrup
20ml St Andrews Limes Lemon Juice
10ml egg white (optional)
Lemon slice for garnish
Cherry for garnish
Method;
Combine the whiskey, syrup and lemon juice and egg white (if using) in a mixing glass/shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass with the lemon slice and cherry as garnish.
