St Andrews Limes produces lime and lemon juice, pantry staples and craft soda syrups using quality citrus and simple ingredients. Established in 2002, it has grown from a small local supplier of lime and lemon juice into a well-known and trusted producer of citrus-based products throughout New Zealand.
Matt and Tracy Day continue to develop the business by focusing on quality products, strong relationships with growers, and a practical approach to creating great food and beverages from simple, natural ingredients.
Today St Andrews Limes operates from a purpose-built production facility in Hawke’s Bay where you can buy our lime and lemon juice, condiments, dressings and low- and no-sugar sodas made with real New Zealand fruit juice. Our lime juice is supplied to many other food and beverage manufacturers while also used in products under our own brands — including Six Barrel Soda.
You can find us in supermarkets, specialty retailers, cafés and bars across the country - and if you’re in the Bay, you’re welcome to visit our cellar door or find us at the Hawke’s Bay Farmers Market on Sundays.

Meet the Team

Our fabulous Food Production team is led by the master and Food Production Manager, Tigs Conran. He is often assisted by Matt and our Retail Manager, Elizabeth Read, especially when preserving lemons - one of our most popular products.
You will find Liz every Sunday at the Hawkes Bay Farmers Market where she is in her element. A lover of all fine foods in life, Liz knows what makes a good product and how to make the most of it! Her favourite St Andrews Limes product is Chilli Undressed and she slathers it on her bacon and egg butties yum! If you're down at the Farmers Market, talk to Liz about what to pair them with to make the most of our St Andrews Limes products. If you miss her at the Farmers market on Sunday, stop in to our retail store from Monday to Thursday between 8.30 and 4.00 p.m. where she will be serving and packing our orders in the retail store on site. Liz is a valuable addition to our team!
Our Food Production Manager Tigs is naturally at home in the kitchen, as he is with all things food and wine related. Tigs is in charge of the quality of St Andrews Limes' products. He is a devoted epicurean who has been involved with hospo around the Hawkes Bay during his time in NZ, originally from Ireland, there is always plenty of 'craic'. When not in the kitchen Tigs loves swimming, riding and playing golf. LIMONADE is his favourite St Andrews Limes product, he loves the thirst quench he gets from the can!
Andy is our Assistant Production Manager and the newest member of our team. Since our Six Barrel Soda acquisition, kitchen production has skyrocketed – and we can honestly say nothing fazes this strong, strapping Scottish lad. By sheer coincidence, Andy hails from St Andrews in Scotland, and he grew up playing golf on the world-famous St Andrews Links. Andy's go-to St Andrews product is Hot Lime Pickle, “served anyhow” - though rumour has it he pairs it with a fried-egg sandwich.
