It’s a comforting blend of Six Barrel Soda’s Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup and our own St Andrews Limes Lemon Juice—bringing together the zing of citrus, the warmth of ginger, and a touch of natural sweetness. Whether you're winding down at the end of the day or chasing off a seasonal sniffle, this simple drink delivers cosy comfort with every sip.
Ingredients (per cup)
- 30ml Six Barrel Soda Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup
- 30ml whisky
- 15ml St Andrews Limes Lemon Juice
- 1 cup hot water
- Lemon slices
- Cinnamon quill
Method
- Boil the water then leave to cool for five minutes. Pour the hot water into a mug or heatproof glass, leaving two fingers of room at the top.
- Add the whisky, Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup and lemon juice, then stir,
- Taste, and add 1 teaspoon syrup for more sweetness, and/or 1 teaspoon more lemon juice for more zing.
- Garnish with lemon slices and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
