What's better than a margarita sour? A chilli margarita sour!
Ingredients
45ml St Andrews Limes Margarita Sour Mix
60ml Tequila
30ml Triple Sec or Cointreau
Lime slice and fresh chillies for garnish
Sea salt flakes and dried chilli flakes for rim of glass
Method
Spread the salt and dried over a saucer, then rub a piece of lime around the lip of the glass to moisten the rim. Dip the glass in the saucer to create a salty and spicy rim.
Combine the Margarita Sour mix, tequila and Triple Sec (or cointreau) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass with the lime slice and chilli slice as garnish.
