A cool and fresh homemade cordial. Mix 5 parts of still or sparkling water to 1 part cordial over crushed ice with bruised mint. Delicious in gin or vodka with soda and a slice of lime or lemon - gives tonic a run for its money!

NZ lime juice, Tartaric acid, sugar, water.
