Ingredients (makes 1)
- 60ml St Andrews Limes Margarita Sour Mix
- 60ml Terps & Co. Tequila-Style
- Ice
- Fresh lime wedge + slice to garnish
- Sea salt, for the rim
Method
- Run a wedge of lime around the edge of your glass, then dip the rim into sea salt.
- Add the Margarita Sour Mix and Terps & Co. Tequila Style to a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice. Shake well until the shaker feels cold in your hands.
- Strain over ice into your glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy immediately.
