Ingredients
- 2 slice fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
- 1 tsp honey
- 75 ml gold rum
- 25 ml St Andrews Limes Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Sugar Syrup
- Top up with St Andrews Limes Gingerade
- Garnish: lime wedge
Method
- Muddle the ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the honey and rum, then stir until the honey is dissolved.
